The frost bite cup is a winner takes all round robin comp.
Its a 5 a side quick game format:

Quick rules:

• 5 minute quaters,
• kick outs go ring a bell, after 5 team fouls each kickout = 1 goal.
• shorter pool length.
•  continous play from goals scored.
• subs can exit from any where but must enter via sub box.

Team Make up. (to prevent stacking of the teams and increase the fun the teams will be formed with a mix of new and old players, young and old ages, ladies and old men. You can pick one friend to play on the same team as. and the organisers will form the teams.

$5 entry on the day and the prize pool is doubled by FNC water polo team with the best win record at the end of the day gets the cash to share!  the more players the more you win so get your friends involved.

BBQ wil run on the day and coffe and hot driks will be available to get from the shop.
